We are pleased to announce that Cardiology Associates of Princeton is joining Penn Medicine!  

Effective July 22, 2025, Cardiology Associates of Princeton will be changing our name to Penn Cardiology Associates of Princeton. Our address will remain at 731 Alexander Road, Suite 202, Princeton, NJ 08540. Our physicians and their dedicated care teams will strive to make this a smooth and seamless transition, and this change will not interrupt the high quality of care provided to you.

• Services: Myocardial perfusion imaging - nuclear stress testing, echocardiograms, and stress echocardiograms will be moving to Princeton Medical Center effective July 22, 2025.
• Medical Records: Your medical records will remain with the practice and pertinent information will be moved over to Penn Medicine’s electronic medical record
• Insurance: Most insurances will still be accepted. Please see the list of insurances that we will no longer be accepting after July 22, 2025.
• Patient Portal: During the transition, all patients will receive access to Penn Medicine’s online health management tool, MyChart by myPennMedicine. Signing up for MyChart will give patients the opportunity to access their personal medical records, communicate with their physicians, view test results, refill prescription, and more through downloading the app on iPhones and Androids, as well as through the portal via computer.
